This morning I went to the burger king on north Ashley street to get my family Sunday breakfast (I'm not sure why its saying its closed on Sunday because it was obviously open this morning). When I went inside there was only one person in front of me that needed to order. She only ordered a couple things and it still took nearly ten minutes for the cashier to take my order. I ordered 2 bacon egg cheese croissants , French toast, and a pancake platter. I tried to order iced coffee but they said their machine was broken (it, along with their drink machine in the dining room was also broken the previous week ...but their regular coffee machine was working...yeah I didn't understand that) . We waited a good 15 or 20 minutes to get our food. We went home which only takes about 5ish minutes. Our food looked old and everything was cold. My husband went to eat his sandwich and on one sandwich there was no bacon and the other there was maybe half a slice of bacon. There was no syrup either..so we couldn't/didn't eat any of it . I'm not usually the one to complain because people make mistakes but this time it just annoyed me to a different level since we paid money for nothing.

This place is terrible. Got two ice cold sandwiches after long wait and one had absolutely no meat on it. This place needs to be shut down until they can find a competent manager that can prevent such crappy service.

My wife and I ate here recently. They started off by informing us that they were out of Coke, Sprite, and Dr. Pepper. We both drank water. While I'm waiting for the food, a guy walks in with a bag full of what I'm assuming was shoplifted merchandise and sells some to the cashier, as she requests baby stuff and cleaning supplies for next time. We sit down to eat and my wife asks me to go ask for some ketchup. No, sorry, out of that too. Don't think we'll be going back!

Lots of employees here but nothing was clean. The tables, floor, ketchup dispenser as well as bathroom we're not clean. Plenty of employees to take care of those things and two were at the tables on their phone. Food was good but store not clean.

I can't give this store a good rating.
There was water all over the lobby floor and flies crawling on the sandwich bread.
When I notified the manager and she notified the sandwich maker he replied, "like he's never eaten food with flies on it before."
I will not go there again.
