Seated quickly but it took forever for anyone to take out order and it wasn't even super busy. Food came out quickly though and was correct.

Great waiter, we did the 2 for 22. Both of us had more than enough to eat. Great food will go back

All of the food come out cold. We were served the wrong appetizer which was also cold. My noodles on my pasta were not fully cooked. Our appetizer came out about a minute before our food. The waitress tried her best to accommodate the situation.

Went into Chili's at 12:43 today. We were greeted and seated. As we waited for our waiter/waitress to take our drink order, we thought about what we were going to order for food. With no drinks, and no evidence that we had already eaten we sat patiently until 1:01 pm before walking out of the restaurant. The host told us to have a great day, clueless that we never even got a chance to order our drinks. I counted 4 different waiters and waitresses that passed by us and looked right at us without bothering to ask us if we've ordered. One Waiter was right next to us for 5 minutes chatting with another party with no acknowledgement of our presence. To sum it up, the service was terrible to the point we couldn't even order. Will never return to Chili's in Valdosta.

I put in a to-go order for veggie fajitas and found out when I got home I was missing practically half my order. They left out the beans and rice that come with it and barely included any vegetables. I will not be placing to-go orders from here ever again.
