Cracker Barrell off exit 18 in Voldasta Georgia was bad. Terrible service cold food. NO BISCUITS! Asked 3 times and she said they were coming. Never came back to our table. Asked for manager and told her how awful things were and she took off the price of our drinks bahahaha 2 out of 4 of us had water. Will never stop there again.

Good food for the most part, and friendly staff -if you eat in. However, the To-Go order service is consistently the worst I have ever experienced. Servers do not answer the To-Go phone, orders are wrong or missing items, and they run out of food products and don't let you know until after you pay. After you pay, the staff often forgets you are there and you wait for 20 minutes before having to remind someone that you have not gotten your food yet. Then the food is cold and rock hard by the time you get it.
Update 11/06/2017. Attempted to make a to-go order over the phone. I was transferred twice and then hung up on after holding for 2 minutes between tranfers with the phone ringing constantly and no one picking up. Continually frustrating.

Not the Cracker Barrel my fiance are used to back home. Took 30 mins to get our food, we were okay with that, but our food came out very cold. On the bright side, our sever was a attentive and friendly.

Friendly staff, food is tasty, good homey atmosphere, like the store. Especially cool when the manager walks around and asks how's everyone doing. Kid friendly. Going back.

Everything you expect from Cracker Barrell. Good food. Jovial atmosphere. Busy, but plenty of staff. We had virtually no wait time.
Wife didn't have time to buy anything before being seated, and was too full to walk around and shop!
