Outback has always taken care of the military and this veterans day was no different 20% off entire bill free bloomin Onion and free soft drink. Thanks so much for the Outback team's trip to the sandbox in 2008 when you fed my entire USAF Security Forces unit as well as the entire deployed base populace around 2000+ for FREE! Always will support Outback for that act alone. I encourage all to support this great steak chain.HUA!

This was the worse dining experience ever!!! The greeter was inconsiderate. The fast seating for "convenience" was very inconvenient. After being fooled I was being expedited service I ended up in a filthy corner with sticky menus, no ice, cold bread, weak soda, and extra carbs. The wait staff was inconsistent, forgetful, and all over the place. I don't want to bore you with this horror story.

Mac and cheese was cold, so server took it back for a fresh bowl. I had to ask for it to be added to my to go box after I paid since they never brought it back. MR steak was almost well done. The rest was great. Not really busy for a Sunday afternoon so that's a plus.

We normally love Outback, this was our first time at the one in Valdosta. It was busy but not packed. The waitress was nice but I don't know if she was having a bad night or if she's in the wrong profession. I had to ask another server for straws, she did not bring silverware with the salads, she never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. When we all had food left on our plates and I asked for boxes, she only brought 2 for 4 people. When we asked her to split the check she charged the people who got water for tea. When we asked for drinks to go, she brought unsweetened tea to people that got sweetened. Then said we'd have to wait for a new batch to be brewed if we wanted replacements. While taking our order she spilled water on the floor along side our table, saying she'd come back to clean it up, she never did. Customers walked through it for an hour. She put the tray on a tray jack in the kitchen and pushed it across the restaurant to our table, never saw that one before. There was not one thing about the service that was acceptable. The food was very tasty and fresh and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We had the Steak and crab legs. WOW is was so good. Sam our server was awesome. The potatoes soup reminded me of home made. My grand daughter Kyla had the best lunch for her birthday. Thank you Outback!
