Love the pizza, HATE THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. THE SERVICE RUINS IT ALL. WISH 0/5 STARS WAS AN OPTION. THEY NEED NEW AND BETTER MANAGEMENT AND I GAURENTEE THEY WOULD HAVE MORE CUSTOMERS AND MAKE WAY MORE MONEY.

I've ordered from Papa John's a few times because they offer school coupons and give back a percentage of money for the schools from orders one day a week. The pizzas are just okay, though the biggest drawback and complaint is the insane amount of sodium in their pizza. I've noticed that after eating a couple of slices, I not only get very thirsty but don't feel all that great with a bit of a headache. After some research, I discovered that a "Works" pizza has 1,060 mg of sodium per slice! In addition, last time I was there, they tried to charge me for the packets of Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. I believe I'm done with John Schnatter's place.

I don't get how my pizza and bread sticks was $25.15 and I have the delivery girl $40 and she gave me back $13....just because I'm a college student doesn't mean you cheat me out of my money sweetheart. I'm not ordering from papa johns any more. This the 2nd time someone has cheated me out of my change and I'm tired of it.

I don't know which manager hires the young people who worked the shift on Friday, 9/9/16, but kudos to them for hiring such quality help! I was impressed that the young people working actually seemed to CARE about their job and making their customers happy. It is not that way where I am from in south Georgia at most any place that hires young people in service jobs. Thank you for hiring quality workers and thank you to the workers for doing a great job!
