I've ordered food from here through cruzin waiter for the last few years, and within the last the quality has went down tremendously. I tried again and again with the hope it'd return to former 'glory', all to no avail. If they don't forget items, they're late with orders; if they're not late then they're cooking everything wrong. The major complaint is when you have to order your steak well done JUST to get it rare, but tonight they didn't even evenly cook it. It was BURNT, crisp on either side with an uneven RAW, not rare (and this is when I asked for well done, too) middle that was so inedible I actually just gave it to my dogs rather than waste it. I will never order from/go to them again. Whatever cook they hired within the last year is to blame---because obviously they either don't care about doing a good job or they don't know how to.

Well...the little girl working the bar got a little upset that me and another guy ordered a beer close to closing time. I'm sure she was headed to meet her boyfriend or something. Other than that...food was great... atmosphere was fine. If it wasn't for the girl I would give it at least 4 stars....not bad though.

Service wad good. Had the Portabelo Chicken as did my wife. Very salty. Should know better than to eat chicken at a steak house. Otherwise a nice experience.

I have been here three times and each time I have had the same meal. The ribs were good. They did come of the bone, maybe not fall off, if you know what I mean. The green beans were excessively salty. The waitress was not that friendly, I guess it has been a long night. The wait to get in is long. This place is usually crowded, definitely not a cozy atmosphere.

Hands down, the absolute best place to get a sirloin steak! I'm comparing to restaurants even in a different state! The managers are attentive and will definitely handle any problems you may have. Great attitude of all staff, and they seem to genuinely care about the quality of food they are serving you. Their prices are exceptional!
