HAVE TO WAIT 20+ MINS TO BE PICKED UP AFTER BEING TOLD OVER N OVER WE ON THE WAY... ONE TIME I WAITED A HOUR AND I ALSO HAVE TO CALL. BK TO BK TO SEE WHERE DRIVER AT... IF THEY PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!! LIKE JUST BE HONEST ABOUT HOW LONG IT WILL. TAKE!! WORST SERVICE EVERRRRRRRRR!!!!! U WILL GET TOLD WE'RE ON THE WAY, THEN MINS LATER I GET A CALL SAYING, ITS GONE BE 20-25 MIN WAIT!!!! SMH

Great friendly service.. The lady on the phone is very friendly an pleasant to speak to.. Nice clean taxi' s... All the drivers i have rode with have been very nice an respectful...Always on time an they have the cheapest prices around.. love it. Definitely the only service I will ever use...

Call over an hour ago to go home after work. I was told they were on they way. I called three times to conform if they were on the way. There was no answer. Usually I wait (for the benefit of the doubt) 30 minutes. Although, this is wait ridiculous and their service is very low quality.

Poor service. My driver that usually drives me showed me a text that another driver sent him witch told him to basically pick me up at the last minute because their other routes I guess was more important than me having to get to work ON TIME. The owner runs his mouth a lot instead of telling his workers where to go to pick up their customers. After work I am always waiting for at least 45 minutes before someone comes to get me and one time I was even forgotten about. I often have to call to ask where is the cab. The only reason I call this taxi service because they are the cheapest and come of the drivers are friendly.
