They used to see our animals from our animal rescue but continued to allow people to charge on our account even after multiple confrontations at their clinic. Thousands of dollars were erroneously charged to our account for animals that belonged to other rescues and from everyday patrons coming in stating their animal belonged to our rescue to get free vetting... They kept stating they would make sure it would never happen again but it not only continued but they still expected us to pay the bill. They do anything to run up your bill and even after admitting errors refuse to fix your account. Horrible vet care with office staff giving out vetting advice over the phone, one of the few vets I've ever met to have receptionists posing as medical professionals. Office staff have arguments in front of customers with an extremely rude office manager who is also the vets wife. They make private calls in front of customers arguing with customers over pet care and financial matters. Huge office mistakes, we actually had two cats brought in at the same time, one had advanced kidney stage and was dying and the other just needed tested for FIV/leukemia. They ended up putting the wrong cat to sleep!!! Multiple times we were told a cat was positive for FIV/leukemia and needed to be put down then the office staff later stated they made a mistake. Dr Martin was a kind, compassionate vet who helped everyone, may he RIP. I would be cautious to anyone trying to save money and go here and research all the vets in the area. When it comes to your animals look at the quality of care you will receive vs how much money you will save, it is just not worth it. From a group that has had 1000s of animals receiving vet care in the Valdosta area, no one knows better

Allergic to Cats! They have a long haired cat roaming the whole office. If you tell them your allergic, they don't pay you any attention. Changing veterinarian today.

I have been going here for my dogs and cats for years. Even before Dr. Harrell graduated from school I knew he would become a highly respected and caring vet. Through the years he has and staff have lovingly cared for my animal babies during their life stages. When I unexpectedly lost my five year old American bulldog earlier this year, Dr. Harrell let Joe borrow his truck on a Saturday morning to come to my house, which I live in Ray City, and pick her up and even contacted someone to cremate her for me. All my animals enjoy going to see Dr. Harrell and everyone at Valdosta Animal Hospital.
