Friendly people, cheap rent, free WiFi and laundry, kid friendly, activities every weekend for kids and adults in the club house, very quiet, feels like a community... feels like home.

Out in the middle of nowhere. Management is hard to get ahold of, ants like crazy, laundry mat never cleaned except the one time I did.vent was blowing fuz all over laundry mat soo expensive too.washers and driers Constantly eat your noney.Make sure you get everything the managment says in writing with thier signature he has the loadest truck and they won't hesitate to talk bad about ya if they don't like ya right outside of your window. Owners are rude smart allick and won't even look at anything that supports your complaints just tells you they are management and do what they say. Unfriendly and nothing to d
