I have called the office no less than 6 times an left a message. Sent 4 emails. Requested a date to have my daughter seen.
Had an appointment an showed up late. Yes. I know our fault. But when trying to reach their office an they not answer. How can you let them know your going to be late. Treated like trash by front desk. They didn't even want to do their job. They had been just gossiping when we walked in. Person in back started to get involved an said , NOPE you have to come back. Okay. No problem. Jeez just give me the dang appointment without the attitude. Thanks. It has been a nightmare even trying to get a hold of your staff. Do you not take patients that have insurance or just the ones with Medicaid?
Oh. But of course the man that walked in after us got the red carpet treatment. Guess you have to have a man with you to get any kind of service here. So not happy.

Went there with no pain for a broken tooth. Fixed perfectly. Dr. Abd found some cavities starting somewhere else so I came back a week later. Dentist ruined my teeth with unbearable pain so I came back 3x over 3 weeks and he never fixed whatever he did wrong. Said maybe I was allergic and replaced everything. Nothing worked and he never listened to me. I gave up and just lived with the pain for a year. If something goes horribly wrong you have to go to the ER because they don't have an after hours line. I suggest going to any dentist on Professional Park street. I will give Golden Crescent kudos for the kid's checkup since they only needed cleanings.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. I explained that to them about how nervous I was and how nervous I was to even open my mouth. They reassured me that everything was gonna be ok and they made me feel really comfortable. Very professional and very nice staff. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Very professional and nice staff. Awesome job GCD ! Anybody looking for a dentists office with experience and " know how" that shows in their work...this is the place.

I called and made an appointment for my son 3 weeks in advanced. Asked for treatment to be preformed and I would pay out of pocket. Spoke to front desk and asked for specific type of filling; Front desk said "Yes we do offer that", spoke to another front desk girl the day before the appointment and asked again "Yes We Do Offer That" Turns out I waited for an 1hour to find out the they don't offer it.. Front desk knows nothing about their job or anything else about dental. Staff does not communicate with one another..
They basically pointed my son and his mother out the door..
Poorly run office "BEWARE"!!!!!!!
