Not a bad place. Paying a cover for a DJ that just plays the jute box is goofy, but it was only $4.

I was staying the night in Victoria while on a trip, and decided to check this bar out. Just wanted to dance to some good music. They wouldn't let me in because I had a beanie on, even though everyone in the place had hats. They said it was against their dress code. I have alopecia, and would rather have my beanie on out in public. Ridiculous. Never in my life have I been turned away from a bar or club because of my beanie. I also felt like they were specifically picking on me because I was obviously from the city. The other people I saw going in were very trashy. A woman with ripped off Jean shorts, half of her ass hanging out, was allowed in, but not me in some jeans and a button up shirt. Screw those guys.
