Somewhere Along The Line Our Order Was Forgotten (I Guess). Staff Member Took Notice And Promptly Brought Us Our Order. Even Made Sure Our Order Was Fresh All The Way. An Excellent Hot Meal It Was. WAY TO TAKE ACTION KFC EMPLOYEE STAFF MEMBER👍

I'm usually a happy go lucky type of person. I usually don't take the time to write negative reviews.
We stopped and ordered and the lady taking our order was rude from the start. Lupe rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at us. She also left before we even got our order. It took almost 30 minutes to get our order. It took two more employees to check what we ordered and to bring it out to us!

The drive-thru speaker needs work, the cashier at the speaker needs training. The manager at the window needs to learn better customer service as well as English. After I received my food and paid for it, I was putting up my change. He opened the window again, and yelled at me that the timer was up and that I needed to move on. That is plain RUDE. He should not be working there. Better yet, he needs medication or manners or both. I will never go there again.
