On a quiet off-peak time, the service was slow. Little attention to cleaning the dining area. GREAT food.

Cashier was very friendly and prompt. The only thing I have a conflict is why they downsize the bread size. Especially we always purchased the large. I have been going to Schlotzsky since they opened here in Victoria. Great sandwiches.

The food is good no doubt but the composition of ingredients varies so much. One day the pizza comes with mushrooms and then the next week it doesn't. Or one day the pizza is oily and then one day it isn't. I guess in short consistency in ingredients would help. Oh and add a truly veggitarian pizza to the menu, those were good.
