awful dont do it call someone else. the denist lacks confidence experience and doesnt know what hes doing and the staff is unproffessional and disorganized. I have a very well behaved son and the densit numbed him up alot and then backed out of working on him we sat in the room waiting for 1.5 hours then on the way out of my prepaid appt they stress to me you should really get this done. I was like really what did I come here for? then they say oh we can still send an assistant in to do the cleaning. IM like what where they doing for the last 1.5 hours ? waist of time dont go for your familys safety and your sanity

Got great service here. Dentists and staff are wonderful. Friendly and professional.

HORRIBLE!! I never knew what an EOB was (Explaination of Benefits) until I started using this dentist. I paid over $800.00 for services, and then about 3 weeks later I recevied my EOB statement from my insurance company: and on that it said my total for out of pocket expenses should be $475.00!! I went down to the dentist office with all my receipts and paperwork in hand, and they gave me the run around and tried to give a a credit for future services. I refused that so it took me about 2 months to get my money back that was over paid!! Very disappointed, they were worse than used car salesmen. If you choose to go there and use insurance be sure to check your EOB statement!
