Customer service is not a specialty with them, I am trying to gain access to my X-Rays for a second opinion and they want to charge me $25 to email them to another dentist. It's not about the patient or their needs it's about the money for them.

I never have to wait longer than 15 minutes, Dr. Seleem is a very good dentist. He talks to me about everything, is very gentle, and does a good job. I had problems with my previous dentist and he helped me work through the issues with 2 bad crowns that had to be replaced within 1 1/2 years of being fitted. Now there's a no-star dentist! Dr. Seleem is very ethical. One hygienist was a little rough and my next cleaning I had a new one who was perfect. Can't complain about anything at all now!

This is the best dentist I have been to. Dr. Wang can give you a root canal without one ounce of pain afterwards, it's truly incredible. I have to go get a filling next week, and its never anything I dread!
