My wife and I have found the doctor both helpful and always ready to listen. He is friendly and willing to discuss things with us.

I find out I was pregnant. I asked around and a doctor my husband work with recommended him. I called the office. Wanted to be seen very quick. They got me in thefollowing day as an add-on. But they still got me in very quick. The staff were very nice and professional. The doctor was fantastic. Very informative. He sat with me explained everything to me and he was not rushing me out like most doctors. I was treated like a patient not a number. My whole family switching to him now..

Horrible front office!! Karen and Lindsey have a horrible attitude. I been calling for a prescription fill for 2 days now and i call for a follow up because my pharmacy hasn't got the prescription, and they talk to me loke im a child and with horrible attitide.I WILL DEFINITELY BE SWITCHING DOCTORS OFGICE. The guy in the front is ok jose or something.

I had an appointment to see Dr. Patel today. It had been scheduled for about month. I got a call on Friday to confirm that I would be making appointment. Long story short I wasn't seen because my wife was not present. I guess cause me and my wife don't share the same last name that was enough for a supervisor to assume there was fraud about to be committed. I know it's standard procedure to question everything now. But just as they called me to confirm my scheduled appointment they could have easily stated that my wife needed to be present. Accountability should go both ways and I would have gladly have my wife miss an hour of work if it was properly communicated to me that she needed to be present. So my wife called to get clarification from Dr. Patel's office and they hung up on her! Needless to say we are already looking for another Doctor and planned not to ever go back to Dr. Patel's office. I would suggest he gets professional staff and gets rid of the supervisor that probably has done the same thing to other patients. Very disappointed!
