What excellent service! I have had Mercury car insurance for 25+ years, I had no idea they also offered home insurance. So when I called they not only gave me a much better quote, the multi-policy discounts really added up. On top of that, the agents there email and call to remind me of when payment due, and I even had a call to cluster my policies for additional savings. I've been extremely impressed at the service provided.

The staff at Key City Insurance are so helpful and knowledgable!!! I have been with several other insurance agencies over the years and have never been treated nearly as well as I have with Key City and their staff!! I had the unfortunate experience of being in a horrific auto accident 2 years ago. The compassion, guidance and support I received from the staff and owner was beyond anything I ever expected!! They all went above and beyond!!! Thank Key City for being the best there is!!!

I already had someone I like for auto and renter insurance, but a contract I am working required a $1 million liability policy, and for that policy, I came to Key City. I talked to people both in Victorville and Rancho and they are friendly, professional and awesome. It was my first time taking out a business insurance policy, so I was unsure what to expect, but they made the process painless.

Key City Insurance is excellent. My family and extended family have used them for our personal insurance needs for about 17 years and I've been referring them to all of my Real Estate clients for the past 11 years. Their agents and staff are well trained, knowledgeable, and professional. As a Realtor I've dealt with many insurance companies but none have been better than Key City Insurance.I highly recommend them.

My wife and I use them for our home and vehicle insurance. Great people and they are always on top of it. I have had nothing but great experiences and they always find me policy discounts I would have missed. My agent is Rachel M at the Rancho Cucamonga office and I highly recommend her and Key City.
