Forgot my 2ND side dish, damn even after she open the box and showed me the contents, my fault but still the same . Pretty good chicken

Ordered a mexican cesar salad combo. Had to ask four separate times for the dressing while they just stared at me. Finally start eating and the rice is cold and there is no lettuce. I used to love this place but its gone downhill

I don't know what the problem was but there was a black SUV in front of me with a silver Nissan in front of it. The driver of the silver Nissan either ordered something this El Pollo Loco had to pull out of deep storage, the employees preparing the food we're being trained or they are just SLOW. After 18 minutes and two large bags of food later the driver of the SUV was at the window for 2 seconds. And then I couldn't figure out why it took 3.5 minutes to swipe my debit card and hand me my food which was already in the employees hand when I pulled up. And after all that my burrito completely fell apart when I unwrapped it. The worst experience I have ever had at a fast food establishment. I will never go to this El Pollo ever again.

Fast service. My order was ready before I got my drink. And it was correct, unlike the one on the other end of Apple Valley Road.
