First of all they deliver an incomplete order and they cannot issue a refund just store credit. Second my pizza has a damn hair!!! I immediately call and brittney the manager is an uneducated individual that is disrespectful. I request a refund and for them to pick up the food because I don’t want it. She says she can only do store credit and not do refunds. It’s BS. Last time that I order from them. She stated “my cooks are bald they don’t have hair” lying POS.

Nothing but a bunch of scumbags at this location. Pizza always arrives cold, if at all. Multiple times I have ordered for delivery and hours later it hasn't showed up. I call and get some excuse as to why they didn't deliver. Worst service ever. Today was the last straw, I will never eat another pizza hut pizza again.

Good service. Absolutely DISGUSTING pizza. 2 adults & 3 kids starving for pizza on a Friday night, not a single one of us finished a full single slice of either the pizzas. So gross 🤢!! Waste of $

Worst service ever Jessica Rodriguez is the worst manager ever, this woman does not know when to stop arguing. She gave us a discount but still found it necessary to make her point across. We ordered online the pizza was supposed to be here at 3:06. We called at 4:02 PM they stated that I had canceled the order. I provided them proof that we had placed an order and had not canceled. Then Jessica gets on the phone and states that the delivery individual called my phone number and got a random business. On my caller history no calls had come through from Pizza Hut or from anyone else. Jessica then called my phone and I answered the phone; phone number confirmed. She stated that her delivery guy could not find the address that it took him to a vacant lot and that's when he attempted to call me. Jessica placed the address on her maps and found the home. But she still argued that once she had inputted the correct address and saw the picture of the correct home when she pressed on the picture of the correct home the last number on the address changed from 5 to the number 2. Now, the correct address gave the correct home in the correct location,no one called my phone . she did offer a discount which came with a lengthy argument. we were on the phone for literally 14 minutes of her babbling. Instead of being a manager a listener and a problem solver she was a problem solver with let me get my point across-attitude. It's not surprising that the store has a 2.5
