I've been to this place before but today was ridiculous. There was no one in there except for me and I had to wait 30+ minutes for my food! Even when this place is packed, I didn't have to wait this long! The lady never came and checked on us and probably gave my food to some other guy. I gave up and just left. Won't be coming back here. Thank God we didn't pay.

Service was pleasant, but the food was not. The beans have no flavor, and much of the meat, both grilled chicken and asada, we're fatty and chewy. I wouldn't recommend.

Used to love this place. Food is good, but half of the time our phone orders end up wrong on the pickup, and there is very little concern when we call to tell them. I've also had my card charged twice for the same order, and was told to wait and see if it would clear up, because banks will notice the double charge and fix it. The bank did not, and by the time I went back the restaurant wouldn't do anything about it. Not going back again.
