I was so impressed with the customer centric culture in this office. From all the staff I dealt with for a short period of time to Dr Marinak himself. From the simplest paperwork to the offer to get the needed information from my insurance company to the speed of attention and the high quality of service, from making me feel so at home despite being a new patient and to waiving the cost of taking out the gum stitches for free. Please note that I had my implant procedure done in the Philippines. FIVE STARS Hands Down!!! I will definitely come back for my other services and will never stop talking about my experience to my family, friends, and my clients and will be glad to recommend this clinic in each and every opportunity. I have been a patient of Dr Barr's for over a decade and have had several extractions and 9 implants. Each has been completed professionally with no complications. His Office Staff is friendly, well trained, and extremely competent. I have always been treated like family and received top-quality care at a reasonable cost.
Dr Barr is an ethical practitioner who covered all options on a restoration and advised that the preferred option was the one that required less work and expense for me.

I have been in this office 3 times already and I plan to continue being their patient. The staff is very friendly. The hygienest was very professional and made me feel very comfortable during my deep cleaning. Dr. Barr has not done any work on me yet, but came in to look at my x-rays and explain the details of what needed to be done for my teeth. Dr. Marinak did pull a tooth from my mouth and I didn't even know he had done it. It was quick and easy. I hate being at the dentist but I really don't mind it anymore after going to this office. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Such wonderful doctors and staff! Maria my hygienist gives me such a great cleaning every time I see her. I have had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Barr and Dr. Marinak after my hygiene visits and they are not only very talented, but always so pleasant every visit. The whole office gives a family feel with how well they work together. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great experience!

Dr. Barr was very unprofessional to me at my last follow up. He asked me to remove my health grades review I had written and the way he handled it was completely unprofessional. This is the reason for my review. I was satisfied with my dental surgery but extremely unhappy with how I was treated afterwards customer service wise.
I explained my dissatisfaction with how long it took to get a refund. He told me some lady had cancer and that I should feel bad about myself for almost getting someone fired. Of course it was never my intention to get someone fired. I have a right to express my opinion respectfully.
If the lady that did refunds was out for weeks at a time then simply say that. Don't tell me twice two different weeks that my check is going in the mail that day. I had to call three times in three weeks to follow up with my refund check of $800. Don't give out incorrect information to your clients and don't try and make them feel bad for being unhappy with the services. That's not how you handle things or talk to people.
I talked to my personal dentist and they said that that is not how long it takes for them to send refund checks or issue refunds so it wasn't unreasonable that I was annoyed that I had to call multiple times to check back after being told it was going to be sent that day.
He shouldn't have tried to make me feel bad and then ask me to remove my review. He also yelled after me as I was leaving. He yelled "I hope you feel bad about yourself "
I have worked in customer service for years. I was never anything but civil. This is not how your treat people that paid close to a $1000 for a dental procedure out of pocket and then was displeased with how long it took to get refunded. I could have been talked to with respect and it would have been resolved.
Dr. Barr shouldn't handle complaints. He does not know how to talk to people properly about complaints.
