I have been a patient of Dr. Dean Kent for a year now. I enjoy my visits there. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is professional. I went to my orthodontist on 9/20 and they discovered an issue with one of my teeth. I called Dr. Kent's office and received an appointment for 9/21. The issue that I encountered for this visit was with the young lady at the front desk. My visit was more than what I anticipated. I told her when I would pay. I really didn't appreciate her asking me two more times about a payment. I understand that payment is due at the time of service but Dr.Kent found a bigger issue than the initial finding, which cost more. I have never had an outstanding balance there and have even paid my adult son's balance. I love going here and will continue to be patient because Dr. Dean Kent is the best. He cares about the well-being of his patients. He is what I consider old school doctor and what I mean by that is in the previous years doctors cared more about their patients than the money!!!
