Plan to be there all day. Need to hire more qualified personnel working the front desk who aren't rude. I'm assuming it's the rude front desk clerks who make the 10 appointments in a one hour slot. So your in the waiting room with 10 people who came In to be seen the same time as you. Wait time exceeded 3 hours (just to be seen).

The staff was very kind and compassionate. The waiting in the hot and very crowded waiting room was not so great but it was all worth it. The Dr was very professional and made the procedure fly by for me.They had very good after care and explained all possible risks to me fully and made things very clear for me to understand.

DO NOT go here. I truly regret not choosing Planned Parenthood (I didn't because their availability did not work for me at all).
While Jill, the PA, the sonographer, and the practicing physician were very kind and thorough, the rest of the staff were completely unprofessional and awful. The older woman at the front desk could not stop eating and discussing her personal life with other staff members enough to be bothered by the fact that I had been waiting for 3 hours on one of the most difficult, emotional, days of my life (not exaggerating that wait AT ALL). The facility seemed filthy. The first thing you smelled when walking in was microwaved food; that, accompanied by the scuffed up floor boards/walls, and aged appearance of the treatment rooms, was enough to make me want to run out of there--by that point, it was too late because they had already taken my money. The woman who did the entrance counseling (she was older and I can't for the life of me remember her name) was unbearable. She lacked any sort of empathy, or compassion, and seemed overly concerned with receiving payment.
BE AWARE: the process used for medical abortion at this clinic is not just a 2 day process. They administer a shot at the time of the appointment, then prescribe you pills that you have to take 2 days in a row a FULL WEEK after the initial shot. So plan accordingly. I made the mistake of not knowing how their process worked and now have to take mine the week of Thanksgiving when I will be surrounded by family (that I don't want knowing this is happening). When I asked if they could delay the procedure and hold my payment (because again, they had already taken it), I was told they could only hold my payment for a week, if longer I would have to pay for the procedure again. When I asked why, she responded that it was VA law and their policy. When I questioned her about holding payment for only a week being VA law, she gave me an emphatic "yes" and reiterated that it was their policy. I looked up VA abortion law. I couldn't find anything that says there is a week limit on holding a patient's payment. It's the holiday, you really couldn't have some empathy?
The icing on the cake really was having me wait there for 3 hours. They asked me if I could move my original 2pm appointment to 12:45. So I did, not realizing what would happen. I watched 2 women who arrived there later than me, who filled out the same paperwork I had to, get seen before me. I was stressed, sad, and scared. The humane thing would have been to make sure I was seen on time. The waiting was excruciating especially because I was alone and did not know what to expect.
If you are looking for compassion and professionalism in what can be a very challenging time, do not choose here. I feel like they really failed their mission to make it a safe place to come.

Hope, care and compassion is what they offer in here.

The Obstetricians and its staff were really passionate and caring, answered all my questions and were very attentive in listening to all my sentiments. A reliable place to go concerning all women’s health issues. They were such a huge help in getting through my situation.

Go Here! Everything went fine. I didn't feel a thing. The nurses and the staff were really, really nice and they made me feel much better. I liked the doctor. The nurse Jill was really nice. So was Michelle.
