I will never use Bridgetrust title group. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. One specific incident, I was trying to get details about a disbursement check, I was passed to 4 different people, several times, hung up on once and finally 2 hours later I was told the person who I needed to talk to was taking a test and would call me back whenever she was finished. Not to mention they messed up on the sellers CD and forced buyers to have to resign several documents.
