I purchased a home in VA Beach and needed to find insurance for my home. Having relocated to the area, I wasn't very familiar with what I needed to look for or have in a policy. Michael was extremely helpful in providing feedback and suggestions, then finding multiple options for homeowners, bundling car insurance, flood insurance, etc. He followed up with me even before compiling multiple quotes to let me know if he was waiting on further information. Great customer service! I would highly recommend Prosper and Michael Hunt.

Love this company. In particular, thank you Mike Ferros! Prosper = Peace of mind. Swift, reliable and very knowledgeable. They helped me understand my coverage and options in simple terms. I don't know why I spent so much time and money with a larger agency.

I am very happy with the excellent customer service I receive from Warren Thrasher of Prosper Insurance. Being a young senior citizen, I come from a generation that places great customer service high on my list. Most of today's business dealings are through computerized menus and prompts. But when I call Warren, he cheerfully answers and is happy to assist me in questions I may have. I ask a lot of questions, trying to understand the insurance world, and he is so polite and patient with me. His keen knowledge has helped me get the lowest rates on my home and car. Thank you Warren and Prosper Insurance for saving me money!

Josh Sahaf from Prosper Insurance is one of the best in the business. He saved me a lot of time and money during the closing process for my home. He secured the best possible rate and overall coverage on my home. On top of that, he also saved me a significant amount on my car insurance, with 5X better coverage. The savings were better than I ever would've been able to secure on my own. This is because he knows we he's doing. He explained every line item associated with each plan and left me knowing I got the best insurance available. He really knows the industry inside and out. Great overall experience. I will be recommending Josh and Prosper to anyone in need of insurance.
