Very disappointing visit. No cheery greeting or enthusiasm toward us as in past visits. Cashier was stone-faced. Guys making the subs carried on a conversation to each other without acknowledging us or that we were waiting a long time for 3 subs. And after all that, one of subs was wrong. Hope management gets better people. These three were just awful. If you want the real Firehouse Subs experience - go else where.

Tried this place out and damn this place was good. I came here from California and said well i love the food at the one where I live so I will try this one out and I wasn't disappointed. David and the crew were awesome and have great customer service skills. Whenever I come back to the East coast I will definitely hit them up again. Thanks David and the crew for that awesome
