the food is great! Love the Greenbrier location, but this one over Lynnhaven charged me for double meat on both of the meals, but definitely didn't provide double on either of them.

Just watched one of the workers be so rude to two separate people for the mistakes that they made themselves. They are very rude and have horrible customer service training. One of the customers brought the food back because they forgot to put a sauce on that he paid extra for had his reciept, they yelled and argued with him then gave him a refund and refused to serve him when all he asked for was the sauce. This place needs to offer better training..And the have a help wanted sign up. Good luck with that.

The Dragon roll was absolutely disgusting...the fried shrimp tasted like it was cooked over 2 months ago...very dissatisfied!!

The food is good but they have no customer service training, the cashier tried to. Cheat me out of my stamp card to get my free meal. The are so mean with the chicken and act like you're begging for more meat when you tell them it's not enough!
