Not only does the food come to you fast, but it truly is well prepared. It is great! The staff is always friendly. The restaurant clean. And the food amazing. They also do great things for VB's first responders. There is nowhere I'd rather eat if I'm on duty!

I ordered the regular Dijon chicken with everything on jalapeno bread. The portion size was perfect. The bread was fluffy but had a slight crunch on the outside to give it firmness. I'm from CT and this place is better than any Subway or Quiznos I've ever been to. This chain should come to New England

Daughter and I were in for lunch; we both ordered the turkey bacon club. Sandwich was excellent. Service was good and prompt.

I love the sandwiches. But in 2016 the Virginia area store no longer honor the rewards from the Schlotzsky's app. So while I was going there about once a week, I now only visit every other month at best. I'll be going even less until I don't go at all. No reason to spend my money at esatablishment that choose not to do anything for the loyal customers in return. You've lost a loyal regular customer. I don't know what the Virginia stores are thinking. Too bad.
