Bought hot tub and paid quite a lot for it. Doesn't seem to be filtering well. Have been in three times to ask for help. No help. Emptied tub and started over. I have lots of experience with hot tubs so know how to manage. The water is green again! Asked for a service call PLEASE!!! No one called me. All they care about is selling you a tub. Worthless for service after the sale. BEWARE!

Sells me parts that my pool doesn't use. Service department seems like I am bothering them when I have questions. Bought my pool from them but not happy with service.

Knowledge staff, friendly service and they don't try to rip you off by selling you stuff you don't need.
