What a great experience! Trish provided everything we needed to coordinate and plan our golf weekend, at a price we couldn't match by trying on our own. Her timely, professional and friendly service will have our group of 8 coming back to L’Escape Travel Service for years to come. HIGHLY recommended.

Trish made our cruise planning very easy. She even left a note in our cabin adding a little heartwarming touch that was completely unexpected and welcoming. She'll be our forever agent from now on.

We recently took a 10 day trip to Italy. Every little detail, every little item was covered.
Most people think that using a travel agent comes with a higher fee...boy are they wrong.
On each of our hotels, we double-checked the prices against Expedia...and not only were our prices better through Trish at L'Escape Travel, but they included private transfers to/from the hotel, to/from the airport and to/from the train station. We aren't talking about just any private transfer....you know the ones where the people are standing with your name on a clipboard when you walk off of a plane and you imagine that you've landed into sometype of fantasy land adventure......"wow, what important dignitary is here with me"....and realize it is you! And, in Europe...you need a private transfer! Being in a nice car, with air conditioning...and no smell of Body Odor....this is nice!
Our tours, train tickets, hotel prices, everything - was all covered with Trish's painstaking attention to detail.
We had big plans....land in Rome, take the train to Naples, cover all kinds of territory, from the Almafi Coast, Sorrento, Pompeii, the Mountain, Borbonica Galleria, then up to Venice, with a walking tour and a Gondola Tour, and then off to Florence to see David and the amazing churches, a few important paintings, and back to Rome, to see all it has to offer....and then bad weather occurred, screeching our departing flight from Norfolk to a halt.
The trip was in the balance. One super long phone call to Delta, re-arranging our flight and arrival cities.....and one quick and easy phone call to Trish.....and everything was fixed...our transfers...our pick-up...all seamless.
Do NOT make the mistake of going across the HRBT or MMBT without FIRST talking with Trish. Trust me.

What a great experience! Trish at L'Escape did a wonderful job with our vacations. My wife and I are repeat customers with Trish. She has now planned and booked two Disney Cruises and one Disney World vacation. Her knowledge and attention to detail made it very easy to plan the trip and book the trip. She had great ideas for Disney activities and schedules to ensure we maximized our fun. Also, her recommendations saved us money!!! We have been very happy working with Trish and looking forward to our next trip.
