My wife and I love this place. When there ask for Michael, he always does a great job taking care of his customers. Go above and beyond to make you happy. Food is great. It's not fast food and it's not cheap place either. I always say "you get what you pay for". Rarely a long wait for a table and service is excellent.

A decent steakhouse. I'm partial to Salt Grass when it comes to chain steak houses, but the waitress was great and did a good job. Steak was flavorful. Certainly a better variety of cuts here compared to other places and that's what made it 4 stars.

Excellent staff, friendly and attentive. Maybe one or two more stops at table to replenish drinks but very good service. Did not have a 10 oz filet which 3 of 4 wanted so they cut a 6 oz to accommodate. Best steak I have had since I was last at Longhorn in Florida. We were not disappointed.

We receiving amazing service for my Husband's birthday last night 9/23 at the Waco location. They comped us free fries and gave excellent advice regarding our meals. We ordered a ton of food and they were so helpful and welcoming. We also had a large party and Will our server plus the service manager (who smelled amazing!!) were so complimentary to each other. They ensured my husbands delmonico was perfect and were ready to send it back and make another if it wasn't to his specifications. A++ perfect service.

My husband and I had dinner at the Waco LongHorn last night (Aug.3,2017) with some friends and we were both very impressed by the service we received. Beyond the just exceptional quality of food, timing of service, and friendly staff, we were so impressed by the intentionality. They accommodated our many special requests, comped a side of fries for the kiddos (just because) and charged us a lunch price soup/salad for one child even though it was 7:30 p.m.
Another over the top impressive moment for us was when our server asked if we had a birthday at our table, she had thought she'd overheard that. We said no, but then I remembered my birthday is next Sunday so I said if there was free ice cream involved then I was game! She laughed and said of course. We asked her to take a photo of us all (Our friends were visiting from California) and she obliged and then said, "We'll be back after dinner to take another photo with the birthday surprise too!" and sure enough after dinner, I was served a beautiful ice cream sundae, personalized syrup greeting on the plate, cheesy eye goggles to play with, and they took a digital camera photo of us, printed it, framed it, and had all the servers and manager sign the frame! AND gave me a coupon for a free appetizer.
I was so touched. It wasn't expected, wasn't embarrassing, and felt very thoughtful.
