We have always had a great experience renting cars from Enterprise. Everyone is always friendly and the cars are always great. I recall one time we rented from them and I returned the car damaged because someone had hit us in a parking lot while we were inside. They simply took the information I gave them that was left on the car and sent me on my way. I never heard from them again about it. It was extremely NICE to not have to worry with all that when returning the car. No hassle whatsoever! (I did get the extra coverage when I rented which Thank the Lord I did). I have been upgraded with no hassle when they didn't end up having the car I choose on the lot....Very professional and always a pleasure to do business with!

I requested a Full Size Car and got exceptional service from the agent and manager. They took really good care of me and I would recommend any renting from them!
