I have visit this place a many times. My grandkids n I use Kool Smiles as our only dental office. I had work done on my teeth a few days ago and the service was excellent, Desiree, Lucia and Dr. Lopez, were very easy to work with, they treated me with alots of respect n made me feel at ease about the work to be performed. Love my Kool Smiles in Waco. Job well done, thank you to the staff for your kindness.

awful awful experience. While I was working my parents took my two children in for a cleaning. I have been divorced so my children have different last names. They ended up having to wait for over 2 hours because they told them "families" go first. They assumed my children were not together because of their two different last names, even thought they came in together. A lady working there was actually nice and could not believe what they had been told, and told us to actually make sure we put a bad review.

My son went there and had to get 3 fill in the ladies who worked with him were awesome they did a marvelous job on my child and I appreciate them and there work ... Thanks

The KS- Valley Mills location team is performing at an outstanding customer service level on our last annual checkups. Both front of the house and back of the house team did an exceptional job. Keep up the excellent service! We were blown away!

Visits have been great and times are somewhat convenient for those that work full time jobs. I am really disappointed they had to refer my daughter somewhere else because she was a nervous 8 year old. No one wanted to deal with my child. My child was not terrible enough for her to be referred. Unfortunately some dentistrys don't want to make anything work. They checked a box stating "patient unable to cooperate due to lack of psychological or emotional maturity and/or mental, physical or mental, physical or medical disability" So disappointing!!
