Slow staff with unorganized waiting. Staff was more than unhelpful to the point of almost being rude. Not ever going to be my choice for insurance!

Employees seem approachable and easygoing, and the place feels fairly cozy. They are the first and only business I have handled my auto insurance through for a little over a year now.
Employees are primarily of Hispanic/Latino descent and they have fluent Spanish speakers for those who need such accommodations.
Getting auto insurance for the first time through them was worry-free. Would recommend.
