I am a salesman who called Doug's agency. Once Doug realized it was a marketing call he immaturely put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. I know marketing calls get old but making someone hold on purpose just because they are calling to sell instead of purchase something is very juvenile....especially when you are in sales yourself. I've always believed that how a person acts in one area of their life is how they act in all areas of their life....something to think about if you are considering becoming a client of his. Learn to treat others as you would like to be treated Doug!
