I had hail damage to my roof and the adjuster they assigned to me was terrible to work with. He was unresponsive and would not return phone calls from me or my roofing company. He said they would not pay the full roofing bill because the roofing company was up-charging me, yet he was not able to tell me what the up-charges were. I had to pay not only my deductible, but for part of the roof as well, even though I have the best policy they have. What is the point of paying for the best policy if it will not even cover the replacement costs. Terrible customer service. I will be leaving them.

These people are crooks. My house had wind damaged and water damage due to Hurricane Harvey. I had an adjuster come out the first week after it happen and waited for three weeks to tell me that he was incompetent and needed to send another one out. The second one came out and still waited another two weeks for him to still not turn in any report. The adjuster is now saying "I don't think it was wind damage" SO your claim is not good. Well all I know is water was not leaking into my house that is only 6 yrs old before the storm and after the storm it was now and still almost two months later have mold growing in a half million dollar home. I would save my money if I was you and get a real insurance company these people are a joke and crooks. I would not recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy.

The slowest and worst insurance company in the world . We had a tornado come through east Texas we filed our claim and every week we hear it's going to be another week but meanwhile we have so much damage to our yard and we need it fixed . Today another tree fell on our shed. Everyone around us have gotten there insurance money but us because our insurance Company is National Lloyd of course . We will definitely be finding a new insurance company.

I'm very disappointed with this company I've had insurance with them for years I file 1 claim that was caused by my neighbor causing damage on my property and Im going thru hell behind this they had no insurance at all so arent dealing with tha stress and worries I'm going thru this has been going on for about 6 months now I will not recommend National Loylds to no one

National Lloyds is an amazing company with tons of integrity! This company stands behind the policies they issue. I work in the mobile home industry and give every customer a Nalico quote without hesitation. I know if my customers ever have a claim, they will get prompt courteous service! You definitely get the best coverage and the best price!
