Chris and Katie run a very clean and family friendly school. They make all of us feel like one big family. Chris is a top notch instructor (I've been studying various martial arts styles for over 30 years under many different instructors, so I have a bit of experience to base this assessment) and is great at giving personalized instruction. He is also a competitor and professional fighter, so he keeps his own skill well honed and has practical experience upon which to base his instruction.
