WRS is the best gym for anyone who enjoys a quiet workout, including an indoor pool, without children under sixteen. It is always pleasant and you won't find yourself racing to get to the machines. They also have quite a few classes which come at no extra charge. WRS has great personal trainers and message therapist, available at a reasonable rate.
