They did not take care of me, they did not even want to give me a receipt, the manager did not have patience with the clients, the Busquets gave me all of them. The receipt they gave me does not indicate what I bought.

They NEVER have spicy chicken NEVER and they are ALWAYS rude. I only gave them 2 stars because the chicken they do have be hot and fresh most of the time.. They really need a-2 stars...

If I could give no stars I would. They have the worst customer service and the one employee in particular is so rude and unfriendly. Went in the other day and not one person said can I help you and only have 2 customers in there. So I decided to walk out and drive out of the way to a different location which the service there was outstanding. I hope you can manage your employees better and get some people in there that are friendly and want to provide great customer service.

It's crazy how you have to wait 15 mins in drive thru. Then you get to the window they take your money and then tell you that you have to wait 10 more mins that turn into 20 for three pieces of chicken.
