This is a little island of culinary diversity in an ocean of burgers and such. So fun to come in and eat delicious Mediterranean food! And it was fun to talk to the owner/manager, Nizam, a sweet elderly gentleman. Such a pleasant trip.

Friendly staff, the owner has been there every time we've gone, very clean. Not a huge amount of food in your order but it's delicious and priced well.
The food is a bit slow to come out, so don't go if you're in a hurry, but it's so amazingly quiet and peaceful inside (even when full) that we never mind the wait. The only actually relaxing restaurant in town that doesn't cost much for good food.

The owner was there ,he is a kind man and the lady's were nice and the tall young man was very helpful,,what a great place to eat ,and the food is wonderful, best place in waco to eat a gyro ,,,,,the best

It was a spur of the moment that I stopped by D's! It's good to see the owner. Looking forward to my gyro plate with green beans and Lebanese salad. Glad to be back.
