I tried the #1 butter bacon burger. It e's the worse hamburger I have ever had. Meat tasted like it was days old and very dry. It will be a long time before I get a burger from Jack in the box

It's okay. The manager is a pretty cool guy, full of life and enthusiasm. It's evident that he loves his job, and that's awesome. Can't say the same about the rest of the crew though.
The food is consistently good though, so I think that's the most important thing to take away.

Shake machine is always "not working" at night. Daytime staff are nice and polite. Night time staff are rude and distant.

Food is made when ordered, wonderful chicken sandwich and fries are incredible!! Great job!!

I have had good experiences and not so good experiences at this establishment. I've been there around lunch time and have been the first one at the counter and they seem too be rushing to get drive thru orders out while I stand there watching instead of one coming over to take my order. Then they call my number and I walk up and they said it will be a minute because the fries are still cooking, I think "why call my number then?" And this last previous time it seemed ok, we walked in arou d the same time as last,and was greeted promptly and my order was taken and food was good and correct. So, I don't know if it depends on the crew or manager but it can be a hit or miss with the service.
