Great food, slow service occasionally. At the one near Baylor we waited for 30 min and still didn't get helped. They also ran out of the corn dogs for 50cents. Made me wonder if they knew people where going to come just to get some on Halloween. We went to the one near MCC and service was still slow but at least they took our order within 10 min and got us our corn dogs within 25.

I would seriously give them no stars but that isn't an option. This place is slow freaking slow my dead grandma could have cooked my food and got it to me faster. The server couldn't read the sales ticket. They tried to give me stuff I didn't order. On top of that I waited in the heat with a child in my car for the better side of 20 minutes for 3 burgers and a shake and 2 drinks. I won't be going back to this sonic. For the food we got and the time it took we should have gotten it free.

Definitely incompetent.
They forgot to give me my burrito, but I didn't realize until I got back to work. The woman I spoke with when I called wrote down my name and the burrito, and said when I came back the next day, all I had to do was give them my name. I went back and was told to wait for a car hop to come out to talk to me. That didn't happen, but eventually the manager came out and said he couldn't do anything without my receipt. I explained that the woman told me I only needed my name. He refused to listen, saying he might get "talked too but not actually in trouble" if he didn't have a receipt. He eventually offered it for half price, but I wasn't going to pay even more for something I had already purchased.
I had hesitated to go in the first place, because I knew if would take a minimum of 15 minutes to get my order. I will not be back.
