It is a wait. Music is too loud! I couldn't hear myself give my order. Also the staff kept getting distracted by "visitors" and I swear to God I saw a completed order sit there for half an hour before they brought it out to the frustrated family who were dining in.

The wings were so salty they were inedible. They tasted like they had been breaded in pure salt. Fries were good but also way too salty. The lady who took my order was very nice but there is no way a human could eat food that salty.

Normally, they're great and on top of things. Today, however, not so much. Apparently there was some 16 year old little girl working the register, and couldn't find my online order. I had the email. And it was about 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready (online order). And she just said it wasn't there. Didn't bother to check the name on the bag behind her. Which was in fact, my order. HALF OF IT. They checked the bag, thankfully, and had to sit there and make the rest of my order. NOT happy with their staffing choices.
Update: I like to give places second chances in case it was just a bad day. My mistake. We had ranch with our meals and bought extra ranch. They only put one ranch (out of the 4 we should have had) and when I called back to ask why, the manager said "we're on a new system and it's a little harder to read. Since some people don't choose any dips we just don't look at that part." And y'all want $15/hr?? HA
