Regular patient with insurance. Very sore throat late in the day. Called in and offered a 6:30 appt. I stated I was driving from out of town and might be a few minutes late. Receptionist said that was fine as long as I was not too late. Arrived at 6:34. Told at 7:02: "because you are so late the provider can't see you. We can make an appt. For you tomorrow." RIDICULOUS. Going elsewhere.

1 hour (and as of posting this, still counting) on hold for simply trying to call in a prescription with no answer, no automated refill service, and no callback option.

good doctors and staff. very respectful and make you feel comfortable. good for low income and needy families. they have a lot of other resources that have come in handy like WIC and a pharmacy.

What a great place. We've lived here for 2 years and I've been very impressed. Great care and they are always quick to get us in to see a doctor. As for the review that says they have to wait hours to see a dentist. That is because the dental clinic doesn't accept adults at the current time. They will do emergency dental work on a limited amount of adults but they do have to wait in line because they only have the time and resources to provide this kind of care first thing on certain days of the week. If you are an adult you may want to go to a clinic where they are accepting adult patients instead of complaining about one who doesn't.
And as for wait times in the medical clinic waiting room. I've never waited longer then 5 minutes and I've never ever had a clinic that has gotten us in that fast at every appointment. way to go Family medical center. We have insurance and they work well with us. But if you don't have insurance they will do a sliding fee based on your income. very cool

My brother, who is mentally disabled really loves it here. They're really nice 2 him and are more than happy to help us out and better accomidate us! His Dr. Dr. Flaming has recently moved on she will be missed!
