Let me first of all say that our server Robert H was awesome!!!! He was quick with of all of our orders and delivery ☺ We were supposed to have a larger group and several people backed out at the last minute They had scheduled to have two servers for us which was very well planning on their part

Gave us a wait of 3-5 minutes then proceeded to ignore us for nearly an hour before we finally complained. After being seated we ordered the appetizer for the 2 for $20 deal. A little later the waitress comes back and asks what appetizer we would like for said deal. We told her that we'd already ordered the appetizer. She responded by telling us that she accidentally rang up the first appetizer as a separate charge and there was no way to undo it. She then told us we'd have to order another appetizer to get the 2 for 20 deal so we did. That appetizer was wasted because nobody ate it. Once we ate our food (which wasn't bad) we had our check brought out to us. The total was over $40 for two people. We were in such a hurry to leave we didn't even bother disputing it. Needless to say I doubt I'll be returning any time soon.

They messed up almost every single item but it was still pretty good. They asked if i wanted any pink in my burger, i said no, it came back pink. The fries were way over salted and seemed old, try had a chewy texture like they'd been sitting out a while. The dollar margaritas were great. The mozzarella sticks weren't fully cooked but still good. My girlfriends chicken was delicious, but here mashed potatoes had a hair in it so they brought us more to replace it. Told us there was $1-2 up charge for the soup then tried charging $3.79 but took $2 off upon request. Last we had to wait about 10 minutes for a desert brownie and ice cream to go. The waitress said they told her it was already sent out to us and it took another waiter to notice we looked restless to ask if we needed anything. The food came out really fast but i feel that's credited to under cooking and serving pre cooked fries. Honestly i think the chef was having an off night. The food was good just wish it was prepared correctly, ended up paying $33 including tip i expect food to be freshly prepared, warm, and hair free.

Great management and staff! The customer service was great very hard to find good customer service anymore! The food was excellent and didn't have to wait to long! We will definitely be back again!
