This Dominos isn't like it used to be! Not only are they courteous, on time, and simply delicious! They really take it up 12 notches. Good work to All the men and women who make this possible. ;) Kristin and James Burch.

I've used this app for a while now. Convenient, easy to use, no issues up to this moment. There have been a couple times where there was a question, the local place called immediately to clear it up. The service is superb, the food is always well prepared. My only area of critique is the pepperoni. Not a fan. Highly recommend the app and the local Domino's pizza establishment!!

I ordered for delivery with a delivery-only deal/coupon. After an hour passed without getting a pizza, I called in and was told that the order was marked for carryout. The manager's response was excellent. They credited me, took out delivery fee, etc. Five stars for response and general service attitude.
When the order arrived, it was almost cold. There were almost no parmesan packets (Only crushed pepper, specifically requested parmesan) and the sauce on both pizzas was thin and splotchy. Some spots were even undercooked and doughy.
Overall, the service was good. The first issue was handled well, and I understand that it's a Friday night, things happen. I've ordered from this location before and it's usually pretty great. But the food quality this time around was dreadful and a disappointing dinner. Not really worth the $40, but, hey, at least I got credited. Hoping things improve so that i can order again and fill the void that this unsatisfactory pizza has left in my soul.

I've had the pleasure of doing business several times with the 9th Ave. Domino's, and at no time have I ever been disappointed. Every member of their staff that I've encountered has always been professional, friendly and very prompt. Unlike a certain competitor will not be disclosed, they have always made my orders with 100% accuracy and very quickly. The taste of their ingredients is superior, there's also taste or feeling of eating a cake full of grease, and their coupons are more affordable and abundantly available. I will continue to do business with 9th Ave. Domino's for a long time or until things change for the worse (which I fail to foresee).
