I've been on a weight-loss journey so I've been hitting a lot of Mongolian Grill's a crossed Washington and Oregon in the last few months because it's really easy for me to not eat carbs. Anyhow I was really excited when I walked in looked like any other mongolian grill. The waitress explained to us that we were going to have to pick a bowel and different prices came with different sides which is unlike most Mongolian grills. That didn't bother me too much except we were there at lunchtime and she told us that we had to pay dinner prices because it was Sunday. She then explained to us that we needed to put the meat on the bottom of the bowl the vegetables in the middle and the noodles on top which I wouldn't be having. Which would be totally cool except for there are all out of order the meet is at the end the vegetables are at the other end of the buffet line and the noodles randomly in the middle. This makes the whole line of people jump back-and-forth. We were grateful there wasn't too many people only five or six walking back-and-forth on the buffet line. These things I could forgave. The thing that upset me the most is that I take a lot of time using garlic and ginger hot oil.. ect. what have you to make a sauce that I know I'm gonna like. That's the best part about making your own stir fry right? Flavoring it yourself. I watched my boyfriend and his friend to go first and they asked each of them if they would like hot or mild. I could see that they were a little confused but they both said hot and the cooks poured some kind of liquid on top of their food. I work in food myself so I could tell that all the flavor they had prepared was being washed out and the amount of sauce they were using I'm sure they were using the moisture to make the food cook faster but it's not really ideal because obviously all their food is going to now taste like whatever sauce they had made for their pourer. I took a little longer to get up there and I was the only one standing there while my food cooked. The cook must had stereotype to me because he never even asked me if I wanted hot or mild but proceeded to pour whichever one he preferred on my food. Completely changing the color and the taste of what I had prepared for myself. And making it incredibly boring. Wasn't even spicy like I liked it anymore. What is the point of letting your customers pick flavors if you are going to wash all the flavors away and get everyone in the restaurant the same tasting stirfry?

Great food, good service. Decent pricing as well. You get your fill for about 13 or so bucks a person. Come here often
