How do you have your security say to your paying customers, "you have to get up" once the first event is over, as if this is something we should already know? Work on informing your staff about customer service.
Your brunch was also completely unorganized, to the point that it felt like an afterthought. My $80 could have been spent better elsewhere.

My experience:
YOUNG THUG @ BLISS | Saturday October 7th
Why is Bliss Nightclub charging $2 for tap water?

I feel your pain. Same experience. I just wanted to focus on this $2 for tap water. That should give folks an idea how terrible that place is.
And it was my first time there.

My experience at bliss was horrible. The bartenders are rude as well as the security staff. I ask to to speak to the upper level of management, once the club manager came he didn’t have no sympathy for the situation. He didn’t care. The whole experience was a waste of time and money because it was a celebrity artist that night. The tickets were $50 dollars as well as the $14.00 drinks. I didn’t get refunded for any of it and only stayed at the club for 1 hour. My perspective change about dc clubs I’m officially done with them. Do not waste your time here.

I would like to know where you got my email address since I didn't give one? I had a nice time but it was to crowded and not enough seating. This was my first time. To many young people for me. Again I don't know where my got my email address.

I recently moved to DC from Pittsburgh and have a lot of friends that come to visit and want tables/sections at Bliss. I was in communication with Juice a party promoter who later linked me with Mary the head bottle service woman. All of my experiences with them and their team has been horrifying, inconvenient, and very very very unprofessional! It's extremely sad because the black community can never support each other collectively because of experiences like the ones I've encountered. The first incident they failed to tell us the table limit was for six people we paid over $2000 to show up with ten ppl and at the door paid an additional $60 per person. Not to mention both the promoter and bottle services girl promised to give some of the money back and then changed their mind, only promising a complimentary bottle and admission next time WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. Despite this incident I booked again for a friend and this time I paid to secure the table online and he would pay the rest upon arrival. Mary failed to inform us that I would need to be present in order for him to get in. So again he shows up and has to pay additional money. I was told I would be reimbursed and when I asked when or how soon she completely snapped on me via text. I have learned ITS A INCONVENIENCE TO SUPPORT THE BLACK COMMUNITY... stick to the professionals! They are money hungry and unprofessional
