Love the ingredients, sides and sauces. Only issue is he amount of rice in burritos and it's not distributed at all so you often get a few bites of rice only burrito

Ingredients are fresh and food is well put together. Has gotten a bit sloppy over the years...overcooked rice, for example. If you're ordering takeout, check your bag before leaving. The young staff are largely unmanaged and get the orders wrong or leave things out about 1/2 the time.

Service is friendly. They'll answer your questions clearly. The food is phenomenal! In 5 years i haven't had anything that wasn't delicious! The Bali salad is great as are the Tobago quesadillas. If the weather allows try the roof!

The food is good; I will not deny that. The guac is awesome and the Maui Tacos are terrific. I find it quite odd how they do not accept cash. I tried paying for my meal with cash and they said "nope, we don't accept cash." Say what? It made it rather inconvenient for me because I was running in there with a $20 bill to pick up a takeout order (I did not have my entire wallet with me). So I could not buy it even though I had the money because... I physically had money, not a credit card. It's also pretty overpriced.
