Insurer of last resort for expats. They'll leave you hanging. Maintained car and personal property insurance with them for 12 years. They pulled out of the market where I live and didn't notify me. When I asked for an insurance history (claims record) in order to get a new policy with a national provider, they (after much delay) sent me something that is not compliant with local law. The upshot is despite 12 years with no claims I am now forced to pay the highest possible car insurance premium due to Clement's failure to provide a valid record of my claims history with them. Multiple requests for assistance to them have gone unanswered. So much for client service....
